General Minor Civil Works
Specialising in excavating, compacting and concreting, S&L Maintenance is a leader in minor civil and engineering works. We can also assist with rock work for footings, curbs and bridges, skillfully completing your minor civil works on time and to budget.

Bridge Inspection and Maintenance
S&L Maintenance is highly experienced in Level 1 bridge inspections throughout Victoria. Our methodical upkeep for maintaining and rehabilitating these bridges often evolves into safety recommendations and other improvements.
We have routine contracts for government bridge-work, including bolt inspections and replacement regimes, as well as bridge cleaning and maintenance.
Gantry and Street Sign Installation
Providing a true end-to-end service, at S&L Maintenance we carry out both the fabrication and installation of overhead traffic gantries. A standout project for us was the Montague Street Bridge gantry fabrication and installation in South Melbourne.
We are also highly experienced in the installation and removal of traffic signs on both municipal and state roads.
